We specialise in our remote clearance service allowing us to liase with estate agents and solicitors to complete the work when you may not be local. Providing photos and invoicing via email and settling remotely upon completion.

We work with a selection of regonal and national Solicitors, Will & Probate companies and also Bristol and South Gloucester Council. We have worked with most of the region's estate agents and residential care providors who all know us personally.

Certified work

We will take instruction to leave any selected items and secure any appliances that uses mains water, gas or electricity using certified engineers complying with our liability insurance. We then vacuum all carpets and can discus any other cleaning requirements that may be required.

Will Or Probate Clearance

What happens if you are not local to the Bristol area to arrange a clearance or dealing with a property through a will or probate?

We will happily liase with your solicitor, estate agent, management company or designated key holder to provide the house clearance remotely.

We will undertake all communication with the agent to quote, then sign in and out the keys to complete the work. This way your agent can complete the final inspection or we can email you photographs. With all our clearances, no monies will be accepted or expected until you are completely happy with our service and we are finished.
