We would arrange a convenient time to visit the property with yourself and listen to how we can help. We would then view all areas that we can help you with and begin calculating the transportation volume, assessing any access limitations, manpower required and discuss the time frame you require to complete the process.

Some pieces of furniture in the building may have a resale value or can be restored. A calculation will be made of any value once transportation, restoration, commission and man hours have been calculated.

The majority of the expense incurred from an area clearance is the man hours to sort and the cost of transporting the items for recycling. It never ceases to amaze me of the actual volume in van loads of items that need to be recycled from a property once removed from every room nook and cranny.

Once the above considerations have been quantified we will then be able to offer you a quote for the work required. This can often be done at the end of the property visit verbally and followed up by an email within 24hrs. This quote will be valid for 7 days.

Once the quote has been presented and or accepted a suitable time frame will be discussed that is agreeable between us. This would normally be within 7 days.

The average price for a clearance is between £300 and £900 depending on the size. We are always cheaper than skips because we recycle to reduce landfill charges.
